Meal Times

Meal times are flexible, enjoyable and a social occasion where children are offered a well-balanced and nutritious diet, carefully taking into consideration their individual dietary requirements/allergies.  All meals and snacks are freshly prepared on the premises and where possible include foods the children have grown and harvested from the nursery garden.  All children have access to fresh drinking water through out the day.

We have a 4 week rotating menu that ensures a wide range of meal choices  and enables children to explore a variety of different tastes.

Take a look at our menus!

Anna-Ca-Soo Day Nursery has achieved a prestigious national award in acknowledgement of our commitment to providing outstanding food and food education for children in our care.

By achieving a Soil Association Food for Life Early Years award Anna-Ca-Soo has demonstrated we are providing tasty, nutritious meals and an environment that encourages good social skills and healthy choices. We are supporting the development of good food habits for life through practical cooking and growing activities and food-based learning - both for children and their parents and carers.
